Blue Ridge is a small HVAC shop that lives and dies by the phone ringing when someone's AC quits in July.
What mattered
For an emergency trade, the website has one job: make it dead simple to call. So the phone number is a tap-to-dial button in the header, in the hero, and in a sticky bar that follows you down the page on a phone. The 24/7 line is the first thing you see.
What we built
A navy-and-red site that reads as trustworthy and fast: services with a flat diagnostic price, financing spelled out, and a seasonal special the owner swaps himself twice a year - tune-up deals in spring and fall - without paying anyone to change a banner.
The result
Every contact path is a tap. The owner updates his specials from the shop in under a minute, and the site loads fast enough that a panicked customer never bounces waiting for it.
