Wake Math Tutoring is a one-person tutoring business that needed to look established and make booking obvious to busy parents.
What mattered
Parents decide fast and book from their phones, usually at night. The site needed clear pricing, real reassurance, and a booking form that takes ten seconds - no phone tag.
What we built
A warm indigo-and-gold site: subjects covered, a plain per-hour rate with the first session free, a few parent reviews, and a short form that drops straight into her inbox. Rates and availability are editable, so when a new term starts she updates them herself in a minute.
The result
The site reads as a real practice, not a side gig. She changed her rate once and her availability three times last term - all self-serve, all from her phone, none of it a support ticket.
